There are two types of Notice to serve on your tenant (being Section 8 and Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988) and both have different procedures to follow. It is important to serve the correct Notice at the correct time to ensure that eviction process is started properly. An incorrect Notice can cause costly delays further down the line.
